Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

At Gemorajewel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unworn, non-customized jewelry within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Custom Designs

Please note that bespoke and custom-designed pieces created by Gemorajewel are non-refundable once the final design has been approved and production has started.

3. Cancellations

Orders for standard items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, a restocking fee may apply.

4. Process

To initiate a return or cancellation, please email contact@gemorajewel.com with your order number and reason for the request.

5. Damaged Items

In the rare event that your Gemorajewel piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours for an immediate replacement or repair.
